I like this Hybrid model. I feel it is the best of both worlds! I am learning by being in front of the camera along with the option to use my avatar and b-roll footage. Thank you @Shane Harris for putting this together.
🚀 The “Magic Number” of Videos to Grow on YouTube
A creator recently went from 0 → 100K subscribers in 5 months, and the lesson is clear: YouTube isn’t about luck. It’s about focus, consistency, and training the algorithm to know exactly who your channel serves. 🎯 First Goal: 20 Videos Your first milestone should be 20 uploads. Why 20 matters - At 20 uploads, YouTube has enough data to begin recommending your channel confidently. - You’ve ironed out the beginner mistakes in titles, thumbnails, and delivery. - Viewers perceive your channel as established, not experimental. - This is the activation point where momentum begins. But don’t stop there. The real compounding happens around 50 uploads. That’s the transformation point, where your skills and the algorithm’s trust start working together. 🎯 Hyper-Focused Audience Targeting YouTube is an algorithm-training game. Each upload teaches the system who your videos are for. When your content is scattered—one video on fitness, another on recipes, another on finance—the algorithm gets confused and your reach suffers. The fix is focus. Pick one audience, one pain point, and solve it relentlessly. Think of every video as a vehicle. Different in shape and format, but all driving toward the same destination: your dream viewer’s transformation. Example for busy moms: - “3 Quick Morning Routines to Save Your Sanity” - “Meal Prep in Under 30 Minutes (Kid-Friendly)” - “How to Reclaim 1 Hour a Day With This Simple Hack” Different angles, same promise: saving time for busy moms. ⚡ Confirm the Click in the First 10 Seconds Titles and thumbnails set the promise. The first 10 seconds of your video must confirm it. If you fail to address the information gap right away, viewers feel misled and bounce. That hurts retention and signals to YouTube not to recommend your video. Example: - Title/thumbnail: “3 Hacks to Save 1 Hour a Day as a Mom” - Opening line: “If you’re a mom who feels there’s never enough time in the day, here are three simple hacks you can use immediately to reclaim a full hour.”

I need to get better organized with my plans on my previous channel. Mainly because it is my practice channel and I enjoy posting on there. My next goal is to plan out 20 videos for my new channel, but I really want to get to 100 videos fast, hopefully by the end of the year. 😊
What Happens When You Give ChatGPT a Brain? Meet Agent Mode — The 24/7 Team That Grows Your YouTube & Bank Account While You Sleep
Most people are still using ChatGPT like a fancy search bar. But in 2025, the real game-changers are using Agent Mode — and it’s like giving ChatGPT a full-time brain upgrade. Instead of juggling everything yourself, imagine handing off tasks to an AI “team member” that never sleeps. 🚀 Here are 7 powerful ways Skoolers can use Agent Mode right now: 1️⃣ Automated Content Factory 📝 Research trending topics → write scripts → generate thumbnails → create captions. Stay consistent on YouTube & Skool without burning out. 2️⃣ Lead Generation Agent 🎯 Build ideal customer profiles, find keywords, and draft outreach emails/DMs. Keeps your pipeline full while you focus on closing deals. 3️⃣ Community Engagement Agent 💬 Post daily polls, prompts, and discussions in your Skool. Keep conversations flowing so members stick around. 4️⃣ Digital Product Builder 📦 Turn your knowledge into checklists, templates, or eBooks in a weekend. Upload directly to Gumroad, Systeme.io, or Skool modules. 5️⃣ Sales Funnel Agent 🛒 Generate landing pages, email sequences, and upsells with proven persuasion frameworks. (Harmozi-style offers without the guesswork.) 6️⃣ Analytics & Growth Tracker 📊 Pull your channel or funnel stats → get weekly action steps. Example: “CTR is down — test 3 new thumbnail styles this week.” 7️⃣ Client Delivery Agent 🤝 Automate onboarding forms, generate reports, prep deliverables. Free up hours so you can focus on serving clients, not admin. 💡 The Big Shift: Agent Mode doesn’t just answer prompts — it acts like a full-time team member that grows your YouTube, community, and revenue… all while you sleep. 🔥 Question for you: If you could hand off ONE task to an AI Agent today — content, sales, or community — what would it be? 👇 Drop it in the comments. 👉 PS: Want me to post a step-by-step guide to launch your first Agent Mode this week? Smash ❤️ on this post so I know it’s worth dropping. You Know where to find me 🤓

ChatGPT Agent Mode in October
Save 60% on Systeme.io. Free recommence Store https://systeme.io/sa=sa020643304592d47bbc6a4c96fa9ef1853d7b3d8d Last month, we focused on YouTube Automation. This month we’ll focus on best use cases for Agent mode. Here is an idea for automating a sales funnel using free to build websites like Systeme.io. This is free now, but I’ll develop into an ebook that you can get from the store. Below is a clean, practical way to use Agent Mode in ChatGPT to actually set up a complete Systeme.io funnel (opt-in → checkout with order bump → 1-click upsell → downsell → thank-you) and hook it to an email autoresponder. I’ll give you (A) quick prep, (B) what the Agent should do inside Systeme.io step-by-step, (C) automations (rules/workflows), and (D) optional API/webhook/Make.com hookups. A) Quick prep (2–5 minutes) 1. Access & security - You need ChatGPT Agent Mode (Plus/Pro/Business/Enterprise). The agent can log in and click around websites in a visual browser and asks before sensitive actions. - For safety, create a temporary Systeme.io password, be ready to pass 2FA, and supervise the agent while it works. (News outlets echo that agents can navigate sites but you should watch for complex flows.) 2. Have these ready - Product SKU(s), price points, Stripe/PayPal connected, brand colors/logo, copy blocks (or let the Agent draft them). - (Optional) A simple 7-email nurture outline the Agent can turn into a campaign. B) Tell Agent Mode exactly what to do inside Systeme.io Copy/paste this as your Agent instruction, then supply your login when prompted: “Log in to my Systeme.io account. Create a new funnel called ‘AI Wealth Fast-Track’. Set steps in this order: (1) Opt-in (squeeze), (2) Checkout/Payment page, (3) One-Click Upsell, (4) Downsell, (5) Thank You.
