They struggle because there is too much information, no clear structure, and no real guidance on how to put it all together in real life. That’s what we do here. HOW TO USE THIS SPACE To keep things simple and not overwhelming, I recommend that everyone starts with the Start Here modules in the Classroom tab. This is your step-by-step pathway and where your main progress happens. The Community Feed works alongside this. You’ll see regular posts with tips, education, and inspiration to support you as you go. The first part of these posts is available to everyone. If you choose to go deeper, Premium Members get access to the full content, including videos, meal plans, and downloadable resources linked inside those posts.
