I’m trying to practice an hour every day. Day 1 of class, I couldn’t make it through an hour, my feet hurt, I lost mental focus. Today, the hour of class flew by and was SO much fun. Every day I leave RollerFit inspired to keep at it. If nothing else, I am sweating, having fun and being in the moment away from all other life stresses.

Yes, This is definitely RollerFIT!!
I’m a person that is in pretty good shape, but every time I practice these lessons I’m breaking a sweat!! I love it!!

@David Franklin I used to swap wheels for outside skating. I eventually got tired and got second pair, a soft suede for indoor skating and a tougher leather boot for outdoors.
