This week’s focus is simple but powerful: ✨ Stay light on your feet. ✨ When you skate heavy, your movements feel stiff and delayed. When you skate light, your flow becomes smoother and more controlled. Here’s how to practice it: ✅ Slight bend in your knees ✅ Engage your core ✅ Shift weight gently from side to side ✅ Lift your feet intentionally — don’t drag Even during slow drills, focus on picking your feet up with purpose.
