Daily Dial-In: Walk Before You Run
In staying true to who I am (blunt and to the point), something a lot of new (and even some experienced) closers desperately need to hear: You don’t get paid just for selling. You get paid for knowing HOW to sell — and executing ruthlessly and efficiently. And if I'm continuing to be blunt - most people have no damn clue how to sell. Everybody wants to skip to the big commission checks, trust me, I get it - the $10-20k month, the "I just closed this client" flex…But most don’t even have the fundamentals down. This is why 90% + of you won't make it in this business. Harsh? Perhaps, but also statistically accurate. Simply put, they have no clue HOW to sell, but for some reason think Remote/High Ticket sales does not require high-level training. Would you trust a doctor who skipped medical school or only went for the first semester? Would you get in the car with an F1 driver who never learned how to drive a fucking 'rocket ship'? Exactly. So why the f*ck would sales be any different? You’ve MUST walk before you run in this game. That means: - You must have training - period. - Knowing how to lead a real sales conversation (speak to people) - Understand presence and how to lead - Understanding buyer psychology (basic human psychology) - Practicing objection handling before you’re live with a prospect - Actually reviewing your own calls and learning from them Fast money only comes when you’ve earned it (through skills). if you’re feeling stuck or impatient, ask yourself — have I actually trained for this? You all want the fat commission checks, but I see so few willing to put the time and investment into mastering sales (or anything frankly) You need to trust the process, there is no magic f*cking pill or quick road to riches, no matter what the latest Instagram 'guru' tells you. Stop allowing yourself to believe this shit. DO. THE. WORK. Let’s keep raising the standard. GC
