Happy Saturday PiggBANKERS. Before 2026, I was drowning. Not in bills or work. In IDEAS. Every way to make PiggyBANKING income came at me like a fire hose. Deal-making. Licensing. Partnerships. Offers. All of it. Full blast. Too much pressure, too many directions, and me just standing there trying to catch water with my hands. So you know what I did with all of it? Nothing. I just sat there mentally cranking my hog. Staying in my own head on what to do. Feeling productive without producing a single dollar. A new partner was referrred to me in December and we planned a campaign. Did the coffee date. The offer and content call. Scheduled the campaign for January 1st. Then 2026 kicked off and I did something that lit a fire under me... I killed the deal. Worth at least $6k per sale to me. Why? The partner wouldn't give me CRM access and without it, I couldn't actually do the work I do. If its this hard to get CRM access, how hard would it be to collect a payment from this guy? So I walked. Scary to torch that kind of money. But walking away was the first real ACTION I'd taken in months. It snapped me out of the cranking. So I stopped cranking and picked ONE lane. Deal-making. Not deal-making AND five other maybes. One lane. And here's what happened once I actually drove in it... In May I did my first real auction. Had a great time. $10,030 in sales. Two auction winners and a few domino-offer bidders. Real money that I'm still getting paid on. It happened because I took action. Not from thinking about it. Now let me rub off some of the shiny here, because I don't want this to sound like a highlight reel... I've run a couple auctions since that flopped. Didn't pull it much money. One for $1,400 and another for $65. And you know what a dry spell does to a guy? It sends him RIGHT back to the hog. "Maybe deal-making isn't it... maybe I should try..." I catch myself drifting back into my own head every time results go quiet. I still do it.

Happy Friday PiggyBANKERS! So, last year, I licensed a training for ecom from a guy who is doing six figs with his process. I had plans to do something with it but got sidetracked. An opportunity came up to potentially put this offer in front of a group of ecom biz owners. So I went back to double check my links to the licensed offer... 404 error. Turns out the platform he was using did a switcheroo and broke everything. Instead of him scrambling to rebuild it all? He just game me all the files to use on my own. So, not only do I have full licensing rights to resell this offer... I now have all the files. I'll have to rebuild the course with the assets which will take a little bit of time. Hello PiggyBANKERS! I hope this lovely Saturday is going swimmingly for you. I'm considering a potential bonus where I... Work with someone still stuck in service provider / freelancer mode...
