PiggyBANKER Richard Launched His Brand!
I want to give a huge shout out to @Richard Audemars for starting a PiggyBANKING brand! He's calling it Found Money Mojo. It's a new Skool group. It's described as... "Found Money" starts with our T.R.A.S.H. to CA$H system. No audience, no social hustle, just recurring cash flow that turns FIRE into N.A.P.A.L.M. He's taking one of Travis Sago's concepts and running with it. Maybe he'll tweak it some as he gets more feedback. What matters is he started. If you haven't started yet, what's stopping you? While you can't tap into the equity of someone else's home...
PiggyBANKERS can tap into other people's equity with THIS... Chadzinski here... Man, the last few weeks have been a learning curve for Mrs. Boswell and me. We're trying to tap into some of the equity in our home for renovations. Should be simple, right? I mean...it's OUR house. OUR equity. Money we've already earned through payments and appreciation. But nope. Mountains of paperwork. Income verification. Asset statements. Credit checks. Appraisals. Then we find out the plumbing company that fixed our septic pipes last month put a lien on equipment they installed without telling us. I felt the hit like Sonic the Hedgehog losing all his rings. More paperwork. More delays. More hoops. All this...just to access value that's already ours. Got me thinking about online marketers trying to build their own brands from scratch. They're basically doing the same thing we're doing with our house equity... Except instead of tapping into existing value... . They're trying to CREATE all that value by themselves. The credibility. The audience trust. The proven systems. The market positioning. From zero. That's like...instead of using our home equity...deciding to build a whole new house from the ground up just to get some cash. Now as PiggyBANKERS... We find people out there who've already done the heavy lifting. They've got the successful offers. The market trust. The systems that convert. They've built up all this "equity" in their brands and products. And just like my home equity... That value is just sitting there. Most of these business owners can't tap into it all themselves. They don't have the time or resources to maximize what they've built. As PiggyBANKERS, we get to tap into the equity of other people's offers through simple licensing that doesn't require mountains of paper work. Usually just a simple licensing agreement. My two brands
Let me share a story about my two brands... Back in 2017... I was hustling along side my freelance work each week trying to BUILD my own authority from scratch in the affiliate marketing space. I branded it The No Paycheck Needed System Of Income. I was moderately successful at affiliate marketing having made over $33k through ClickFunnels. The problem was my “brand” relied on $97 / month software. When I couldn't afford to pay anymore? Bye bye brand. It was a BEHOTCH to switch to another platform when ClickFunnels sales tanked. I made 3 or 4 different iterations of the brand on different platforms. Kartra, BuilderAll (YUCK), Systeme and Substack. I remember watching my competitors smoking me in Google rankings... It was painful for me because I was NUMBER 1 for a while for a few affiliate keywords. That dried up pretty quickly. In 2019… I'd been spinning my wheels for about a year by that point. I moved on to building an agency with a partner until that bombed completely by 2023. After that fiasco… I found Systeme dot io. It was at a reasonable monthly price of $27… So, I decided to fire up another attempt at building the brand. This time though I had a couple of licensed offers from Travis Sago. But... I still struggled to leverage it. The No Paycheck Needed brand still wasn’t catching on with people. Then something shifted... After reading Travis’s Make Em’ Beg To Buy, the concept of a Presell Sandwich really grabbed me. On a whim, I searched for the domain and it was available so I picked it up. I sat on the domain until earlier this year after Travis made an offer for people to license out his book and resell it. It felt like a perfect domain to resell the book. Reselling the book was my first real taste of a PiggyBANKING Brand. Now, all of my Travis Sago related offers go through the Presell Sandwich brand. I’ve made more sales from complete strangers than ever before. My name isn't anywhere on the site. They learn who I am AFTER they buy.

My 35% mistake (and what it taught me about CONTROL)
Chad here... I made a HUGE mistake last year. And it cost me big time. See, I became a Virginia state rep for a company selling a fuel product. This fuel additive reduces emissions and saves on fuel costs. Dollar signs started dancing in my head because state reps were the ONLY ones who could sell to commercial companies. Every commercial sale was worth 35%. It was like an advanced affiliate program. If I landed a $100k monthly deal with say a trucking company... I'd pocket around $35k. Sweet, right? I went ALL IN. Used everything I learned from being in Travis's world to try and get sales. Spent months crafting copy, reaching out, following up... Yet I never got a single sale. Could barely get anyone to respond. But here's where it gets worse... The company kept changing the rules on me. Adding more restrictions. Making me run ALL my copy through their admin team first. Had to make sure I wasn't saying anything "off brand." Earlier this year I finally had to throw in the towel. Insiders were telling me no one was making sales. Not sure if others followed. The mistake I made? Pouring my energy and time into something I had ZERO control over. It's like being a race car driver but someone else controls your steering wheel. You can press the gas all you want... But if they don't turn the wheel, you're going nowhere fast. That's why as PiggyBANKERS, we need CONTROL over what we do. Not just the ability to make money... But the ability to steer our own vehicle. See, most companies that offer affiliate programs are just like that fuel company. They control the rules. They control the payouts. They control when you get paid (usually 30-45 days later). They can change everything overnight and there's nothing you can do about it. But licensing? That's different. When you license something, you pay for it once and can do almost anything you want with it. You can build a brand around it. Combine it with another licensed offer. Make it your own thing while keeping 100% of the profits.
