Happy Sunday, everyone. I’ve really enjoyed the conversations with instructors this week. Getting on these calls and working through things together has become one of the most rewarding parts of building this community. What’s standing out is how much effort is already there. You’re giving lessons, thinking about your athletes, capturing videos, and trying to grow the business around all of that. Then we start talking through what happens afterward. Editing takes longer than expected. Content ideas are scattered. Getting everything posted becomes another job after a full day of coaching. Those conversations are helping me understand what would actually be useful to teach here. I have workflows I’ve spent years putting together, but showing the whole thing isn’t always the most helpful place to start. I’m learning to explain the pieces better and help you build something you can comfortably keep using. That’s what I’m enjoying about this. I get to share what we’ve learned at The Institute, while your questions help me figure out which trainings and resources to build next. **Community Shout-Outs** - @Camilo Gutierrez shout-out for getting more content out. Keep putting your knowledge in front of people. - @Gianni Zayas I want to recognize you for creating more content this week too. I enjoy seeing you put in the work. - @Osvaldo Aquino shout-out for working on your brain-dump-to-Notion workflow and getting your ideas organized. I also appreciate everyone asking questions, sharing what they’re working on, and jumping into the comments. You don’t have to have everything figured out to contribute something useful. **In Case You Missed It** Two Questions I Ask Myself Constantly When Making Business Decisions I shared this earlier in the week around two questions I use regularly: “What problem am I actually trying to solve?” and “What would it take?” It’s worth revisiting when you have several things competing for your attention.
