We all start the day with 10 spoons, some tasks may take more than one spoon, and thereās things to earn spoons back. hereās an example. Get up and dressed 2 spoons - 8 left Have breakfast 1 spoon - 7 left Go to work 3 spoons - 4 left Make tea 2 spoons - 2 spoons left Read a book +1 spoon - 3 spoons left Sort out things ready for tomorrowās day at work 2 spoons- 1 spoon left. Take a bath and go to bed + 4 spoons - 5 spoons left.
