I am taking advantage of less scheduling this week to make progress on some farm projects (important but not urgent). Last week, I was able to secure a LOT of hay for animals, which will save me a lot of time. I also stocked up on animal grain. Harvesting: Thyme and oregano for the birds (they are natural wormers). Garlic! Planting: Transplanting the cucumber, staying caught up on weeds (almost there). Food/Herbs I am leaning on: Hibiscus - refreshing, Vitamin C, and uplifting Sunflower seeds and walnuts - healthy fats to feed my brain. Additionally, I am building some modules for this community. This will include mini-courses on indoor and backyard gardening and basic herbs. If there are specifics you would like help with, let me know so I can include it!
