Hello Jose! I’m a 47 year old, overweight, perimenopausal, diabetic who had a recent medical scare that has pushed my ass back into the gym! I am on a GLP-1 and am focused on strength and weight training to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. I work 4-5 day a week with an hours commute each way. I need a realistic plan for training to reach my goals. What are your suggestions? How many days a week? Full body workouts or separating body regions by days? What machines do I use (as I’ve mostly Ben a cardio and Zumba class girl my whole gym life). What kind of plan do you recommend?
