Below, you'll see everything we did today during our 360 revenue routine, but first... 🤫 My Commission Confessions™... Today was a tough day. I'm writing this at 8pm, because we JUST finished our video for today. It was a busy day because Howard passed his Series 6 Licensing test! Which means that he can now advise people with their financial investments. This is a huge deal for him because eventually, he wants to hang his hat at a full-service firm that will allow him to help people with all their investments - starting with real property and ending with financial investments. Today, he's one step closer to that dream, and I'm so proud of my husband. He's working, studying, testing, and marketing - which is a lot! Okay, here's everything we did today during our 360 revenue routine... 👟 60 Mins Relationship Marketing Since we messaged all of our friends on Facebook last month, we're going to start moving to colder audiences. For us, this means reaching out to people in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) who know us, but we've never met. These are internet leads, IDX leads, newsletter subscribers, and more. We've generated almost 2,000 leads in the last 9 months, so this is a big task. I'll be helping Howard to start conversations automatically with people, but all of our follow-up will be manual (because you can't automate relationships)! 🚲 60 Mins Content Marketing (60 Min) Today, we posted on YouTube because we want to get leads from our market updates down the road. YouTube is a search platform, so it's important to keep all of our evergreen real estate videos there. Social is great, but the posts only last 24-48 hours.
