✨🏁 March 31 Reflection + What’s Next 🏁 ✨
Today marks the end of our 75-day consistency journey and our March 31 build deadline. And if I’m honest… it’s been a little quiet in here. And I think that says a lot. Over these past 75 days, I (Sherrika) personally faced some of the toughest battles around my time, attention, and capacity. Between constant school closures, preparing to move my family, building a course, leading this community, running my business, and serving in leadership, it felt like something was pulling on me every single day. What I’ve learned through all of this echoes what we’ve been saying: God cares about our capacity. The more I tried to do everything, the more I felt Him pressing on me to create margin, to stop boxing myself into unrealistic timelines, and to honor the boundaries and schedule I’ve set. If it’s an admin day, let it be an admin day. If it’s a day of rest, let it truly be rest. I was also reminded how important it is to take care of myself. Nothing is so urgent that it’s worth sacrificing your sleep, your peace, or your sanity. And often, when you feel that nudge to pause or put something down, it’s because God has already made provision for you, whether through time, energy, or help. Another big lesson for me was learning to lean on support. My husband at home. My business manager. My board. And soon, a community manager for this space. Delegation is not a weakness. It’s necessary. And one thing I want to leave with you as we move into the next quarter is this: What feels like a burden to you may be someone else’s fulfillment. For those of you who were not able to complete your build by March 31, you are not behind. Keep moving. Our structure may not have matched your exact reality this month, and that’s okay. We are creating space for you to catch up. We’ll be using the first 3 weeks of April as a catch-up and alignment period before we move into building systems around what you’ve created. During that time, we’ll have more opportunities for support, check-ins, and intentional work sessions to help you move forward.

This was right on time. So often that I sit in the overwhelm and don't give myself the option to delegate or simply release some on the things on my to do list. Thank you for the reminder.
✨ WEEK 3 — MAKE YOUR VISION PLAIN
Whether you made it to the workshop or you’re catching the replay inside the community, this week is all about turning clarity into action. You do not need to have it all figured out? You just need to start. And this prompt will help you do exactly that. This Week, Drop TWO Things in the Comments: 1️⃣ Your One-Liner Purpose Statement Use this simple framework: I help [WHO] do [WHAT] so they can [WHY]. Example: “I help Christian women entrepreneurs get clarity on their business structure so they can grow with confidence.” 2️⃣ How You Will Serve in 2026 Choose 1–2 ways you’ll show up for your audience this year: • One-on-one services • Speaking • Digital products or courses • Group coaching • Membership Communities • Licensing or contracting • Teaching/Hosting Workshops (virtual or in-person) • Retreats / in-person events Keep it aligned, not overwhelming. And If you Need help? Drop your draft below and ask for feedback. We're here to help

Hey ladies! Monday's Called to Clarity workshop was powerful. Thank you to our workshop host @Nerissa Malloy for an amazing teaching, and everyone who showed up ready to learn, grow, and align your business with what God has placed in your hands. For those who couldn’t make it (or want to watch again), the replay is now live, and the workbook is ready for you to dive into. Here’s what to do next: 1️⃣ Watch the replay 2️⃣ Download the workbook 3️⃣ Take 20–30 minutes today to work through the exercises...because clarity grows with action. 4️⃣ Head over to the Announcement Tab for this week's prompt to drop your bold business statement + two ways that you will serve your ideal client. They or someone they know may be in this very community. You’re not building alone. You’re building with intention, with strategy, and with God. So let’s keep moving, together.

✨WEEK 2 — When God Says Go…
Last week we talked about doing God’s will vs. our own. This week we’re taking it a step further. It’s not enough to know His will; we’ve got to move on it. This week’s prompt is a tough one — obedience without delay. Did you know that delayed obedience is still disobedience? We’re coming for that “I’ll do it later” spirit this week 👀 ✨ Prompt: What’s one thing God told you to do that you still haven’t acted on? Big or small, name it, post it, and take one step this week toward obedience. Sometimes it’s not clarity we’re missing… It’s courage. 💬 Share below:What’s the assignment you’ve been holding onto? And what’s one faithful step you can take this week to move forward? 🪶 Don’t overthink it. Even small steps count. Then go love on a sister’s post and drop a word of encouragement. We’re building obedience muscle together. 💪🏽💛

The thing God told me to do that I’ve been sitting on is speaking more boldly about faith and purpose, especially through my platforms. I’ve felt the nudge for a while to share how God has been guiding my career, transitions, and even the pauses… but I kept overthinking it. Wondering if people would receive it or if I’d be “too much.” But lately, He’s been reminding me that obedience isn’t about who’s watching — it’s about Who sent me. So my faithful step this week is to record one short video or post that connects faith to purpose — not perfectly polished, just honest.
