THE ONE TAO CODE Spirit Warrior Principles for Internal Power, Peace & Mastery 1. LOVE LIFE Love God with all your heart, mind, and soul. Love your neighbour as yourself. Revere all life in all its forms, even when you do not understand it. Let your being be centred in compassion, kindness, gratitude, and reverence for the Source. 2. WALK IN TRUTH AND INTEGRITY Speak only what is true. Act with humility, free of pride, fear, and judgment. Surrender all self-centered perceptions to the Light. Lead by example — let your life itself become the silent teaching that inspires others to rise. 3. MASTER YOURSELF DAILY Train your body with diligence. Discipline your mind with vigilance. Purify your heart through meditation, prayer, contemplation, and surrender. True power is not domination of others, but mastery of self through letting go of all that blocks the Higher Self. 4. Day 74 and 75 of 75 ' flow '
I actually completed both days training 800 chain punches Meditated for 12 minutes Then I trained Siu Nim Tao movements 2X Then I trained Siu Nim Tao in one leg each The reason I didn't posted is because there were family functions, When I was training my cousin brothers also trained with me I teached them some move and they started to fight each other and also with me too 😁 So about my journey it totally life changing This training really helped me to grow both physically and mentally now I am more confident than before and also without your support I can't finish it so Thankyou 😁👊 And excited for new challenge that is gona came 🤜🫷

I know this Challenge is no longer, but I’m finishing what I started 🙏 happy to see the Classroom back up 💪 Trained - 30 mins Meditation, 30 mins SNT 🌊 1000 chain 👊 (DS) eyes closed, feeling the flow 🙏 Learned/Realized - I’m really digging this, almost 2 months in, a new Challenge ( 7 day Flow ) when I’m done with this one, definitely Stateful Felt - Grateful, Stateful, Blessed, Confident, Happy, proud of myself for getting this far, and looking forward to what’s ahead 🫸🤛 ☮️❤️ & Kung Fu

THE BEGINNING DAY 1
👋 Abhi Here – Grateful to Be Part of This! 1. Where I’m from: Kerala, India 2. Why I joined this community: I was too distracted and wastes hours by scrolling and gaming one day i feel need to change so i started with hitting gym everyday eat clean but my mind is too weak, although i hit gym everyday day i can't control my mind the endless scrolling my screen time is 14h for a month thats too insane. My friend suggest me to join this one tao family and say just try this i hope i will change 3. My main focus right now: learn Wing Chun, and deepen my meditation, improve focus, control over mind 4. Something unique about me: My avarage meditation time in my junior school is 1hour and i don't give up easly 5. What I’m excited to learn here: Full control over mind and that mastry of chain punches
