📌 START HERE — Read This First
Free to join, including the weekly live Q&A, with optional premium membership for Q&A recordings and the MTHFR Clinician’s Guide. You got an MTHFR result. Then what? For most people, that moment goes one of two ways. Your doctor glanced at it and said, "It's not clinically significant." Or you fell down a rabbit hole of contradictory websites, Facebook groups, and supplement protocols that left you more confused than when you started. Neither of those should happen. That's exactly why this community exists. I'm Jean-Marc — an integrative physician, 25 years in clinical practice and probably the only doctor you'll meet who gets genuinely excited about methylation genetics. I’m a GMC-registered GP (GMC 6148690) with a special interest in methylation, seeing patients in person at Hooke London, Mayfair, and online worldwide. More at drsobczyk.com. I created The Methylation Hub because the gap between what the science tells us and what patients actually receive is one of modern medicine's most unnecessary failures. You deserve better than a shrug or a supplement shopping list. This is what you'll find here Clinical depth without the jargon. Evidence-based answers to the questions your GP didn't have time for. A community of people who understand what it means to feel like your biology has been working against you — and are figuring it out together. Every Thursday at 8 pm UK time, I host a live Q&A. Bring your labs, your questions, your confusion. Nothing is too basic, and nothing is too complex. Recordings are available to Premium members. The Classroom already holds The Archive (135 answers), the Fertility course and the MTHFR Clinician's Guide, with more added regularly. One thing before you do anything else Go to the Introductions category and answer this single question: What is your MTHFR variant, and what is the one question you most want answered? That's it. One question. I read every introduction personally and respond to each one.

Thank you for creating this group. I'm 58 and have been struggling my entire life, feeling off, being told my labs were fine. Until I started digging into my genetic variants did things start to make sense. Thank you for providing a space to learn and thrive, truly grateful.
