My teenage son and I are really enjoying doing breathwork together. I did kriya for years, but my son really likes the stuff Aaron does. How can we get more of that style of breathwork, both live and on recording?

So I have a teenage son on the autism spectrum. About a year ago he decided to do one of Aaron’s breathwork sessions with me. It was the long one that used to be available on skool, but it’s not up anymore. This breathwork absolutely changed my son’s life! He began learning new skills that had been really hard for him like washing his hands and flushing the toilet. Those may not sound like a big deal to you, but they were huge milestones for him. This summer he worked up to riding the public bus and even having his own bank account. And now he’s applying to colleges! Although we can attribute these successes to many factors, breathwork was what allowed his nervous system to calm down enough to start the process of acquiring these skills. Anyway, we keep looking for more breathwork sessions online, but we haven’t found one as good as Aaron’s. We’d really like to do another long session soon. Can you recommend a good session we should try?
