New here Hi there - just getting connected here - been at d-fine since 2/6 so just about 3 weeks - trying to get all the info and make sure I am not missing anything - added collagen, aloe Vera and alkaline water - not sure how much of it all - been building up aloe Vera to a cup, at least one cup or more alkaline water each day, also taking the milk thistle - cut out sugar almost completely, increasing protein and water intake with goal of 88 ounces but maybe that needs to be higher, exercising 3/4 times a week - what else may I be missing - do I need the app or just being online work ?

One Week In
What small - subtle shifts have you noticed? What challenges / "noise" do you still feel?

I have made a bunch of shifts, which I'm proud of - but will be more impressed when I'm still doing it 4 weeks & 4 months from now. Subtle shifts include more collagen in the morning followed by protein powder a couple hours later, protein first, lots of water, no crap carbs, and intentional movement/exercise everyday. I need to continue stacking the good stuff! The videos have been very helpful in making an impact - it's as though the deep meditation helps a bunch with focus and retention. Challenge or noise tends to come at night when things have settled... I like crunchy salty snacks while I'm watching something or reading and my husband is enjoying something similar right next to me.

A few different times since listening to yesterday's audio, I've said "I got this" and "I'm in control" - I found that very encouraging/liberating in more ways than one.
Day 4 — Install the Default
