Daily Journal Date: 23 june 2026 Day: TUESDAY One thing I want to remember about today: Aaj mera dil sukoon mein tha, aur maine Allah ki har nemat ka shukar ada kiya. What time did I sleep last night, and when did I wake up? Sleep Time: 10:00 PM Wake-up Time: 11:00AM What data will I look up after a month or year? Main ek saal baad dekhna chahungi ke aaj ki kaun si chhoti baat meri zindagi mein bara asar le kar aayi. Reminders: Main har kaam mein apni best effort dungi aur har challenge ko apni growth ka zariya banaungi. Day Start Section; Aj mai 2:00AM par uthi tahajjud pari tasbeeh ki 3:45 par fajr pari azkar kiya 4:30 par park chali gai 5:45 par wapis ai rest kiya 6:30 par nashta kiya kitchen ka kaam complete kiya, uske baad mai so gai 11:00 bje mai uthi ami fresh hui ami or sis ki nashta bana kar diya room ki safai ki 12:45 par zuhr pari light off hona ki waja se 4:00 bje tak kuch nai kiya jab 4:00 asrki namaz pari light a gai azkar kiya 4;30 par mai ne day 1 ki video dekhna start ki 6:15 par mai ne khana bana start kiya 7:20 pr mai ne magrib ki namaz pari us ka bad video dekhna start ki imported point note kiya lekin assignment complete nai hue 10:00pm par mai eisha ki namaz pari or sura mulk pari fr 10:40 par mai so gai Most Important 1-3 Tasks: DAY 1 VIDEO WATCH Journal complete kiya What I don’t want to do today: Aaj mujhe un activities par waqt zaya nahi karna hai jo mujhe mere goals se door le jaati hain. Diet pratha + dahi lunch kiya. Ghar ka khana Dinner: Ghar ka khana Practice: - yes Day Close Section Wins of the Day: - Journal complete kiya Mistakes / Learnings: - Aaj maine seekha ke goals achieve karne ke liye consistency aur focus bohot zaroori hote hain Prayer Times: Fajr: prayer at 3:45am zohar 12:45pm Asr: 4:00pm pari azkar kiya Maghrib: prayer 7:20pm + SURAH WAQIA Isha: 9:45pm par pari + SURAH MULk Tahajjud: 2:00am
