How is everyone feeling in the diaphragm breathing program? Noticing it getting easier to use your diaphragm? I'd like to add a little challenge this week, wherever you're at in the program, try slowing down your breathing. Aim for a 4-5 second inhale followed by a 4-5 second exhale. Hey! I’m late to the party but this program has been awesome so far. My nervous system feels tamer and my neck/upper traps feel like they’ve melted a few shades since adding in these tools daily. Thanks so much for putting this together. Looking forward to week 3 and I’ll try out the challenge you mentioned!
