I really enjoyed the nervous system regulation talk. I feel like you always have to remain calm. I need to remember to accept my feelings because if I push them down or shame myself for feeling a way it builds up. When feelings build up, that's when I blow up and should shame guilt myself.

I don’t know about ya’ll but I’ve just so grown to adore my cycle! I had some great client sessions balanced with sun & grounding & finishing my day with a big ol plate of handmade nachos & watching romance movies in my sweats. Life is good especially when we know how to honor our cycles! 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥
