Carbs Aren’t The Enemy
One of the biggest nutrition myths that refuses to die is that carbs are the problem. The truth is: Carbs are not the enemy. Your body actually prefers carbohydrates as a fuel source for many activities. Walking. Running. Lifting. Sports. Daily life. The problem is usually not carbohydrates. The problem is often: - eating too much overall - highly processed foods - lack of protein - lack of consistency A potato didn’t make anyone overweight. An apple didn’t make anyone unhealthy. Rice isn’t ruining your progress. Nutrition gets a lot easier when we stop labeling foods as “good” and “bad” and start looking at the bigger picture. So let’s start the week with this: What carb source do you enjoy that people often unfairly label as unhealthy? Rice? Potatoes? Fruit? Oatmeal? Bread?

Your Goals Don’t Sleep on Weekends
Weekends are busy. Family stuff. Events. Travel. Food. Life happening. And honestly, that’s normal. But your goals do not disappear just because it’s Saturday. You do not need a perfect day today. You just need to keep showing up in the gaps you have. Maybe that looks like: - a walk around the block - training for 20 minutes instead of an hour - stretching before bed - skipping the second plate - getting extra water in - making one better decision instead of none That stuff matters more than people think. Because consistency is not built during perfect weeks. It is built during real life. So today: Do what you can with what you have. That is enough to keep momentum moving forward.

Weird Day
Today is a really weird day. Like something is just keeping me in one spot and I can't move kind of day. Anyone have those days?

Keep Your Word Week, Day 2
Day 2. The excitement is gone. This is where discipline starts. Did you keep your word yesterday? Comment one: Kept it or Resetting No excuses. Just honesty. Then move.
