Consistency Is Built Today
It’s easy to talk about consistency at the start of the week. Tuesday is where it becomes real. Energy dips. Schedules get busy. Motivation gets quieter. So simple check-in: Where have you stayed consistent so far this week? 🏃 Training 🍽 Nutrition 😴 Sleep / recovery 🧠 Mindset 🚶 Daily movement Or where are you needing to tighten things up? Consistency isn’t built in perfect conditions. It’s built in normal days like today.

I would say mindset for me. Its been a struggle since I moved but I feel like the mindset is getting a little stronger as the day goes on.
What makes you pursue greatness?
For me what makes me pusue greatness is hearing gods love and words on what makes me me and how he wants me to become a child of his love. I train as much as possible in the gym to show him im dedicated to learn more about him and about how strong he can make me to be his best warrior in life. What makes you want to be great?
