Property in WI?
@Matt Sanderson @Emily Fournier we purchased this property in WI & are wondering if we should run it as an STR vs MTR? I'm curious what STRIQ says for revenue potential!? 15442 93rd Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI - we're turning it into a 3 bed, 2 bath (this is our *fun* summer project 😅)

OOOO! Love this! We are having Somerled Design it! They gave us the best recommendations, but this will be a property we're personally using as well. So we're trying to figure out realistically what the potential is during the months we're not there. More specifically in the winter - so we're doing a sauna and likely a hot tub to attract cold weather/down season.
