Killed Her Airbnb Cleaning Business…How It Led to $40K/Month
@Joselande Vilsaint & @Oldia Jean-Gilles shut down their Airbnb cleaning business after it did over $50,000/month. Why? Not because it failed. Because the business was never going to grow without them. In this video, Joselande & Oldia breaks down: - Why they gave up a $50k/month AIRBNB business - The reason they made the choice to go all in on home cleaning - How that decision helped them build a $40K/month home cleaning business in 1 year 🎥 Watch the video here: Killed My Airbnb Cleaning Business…How It Led to $40K/Month Please give Joselande & Oldia some love by liking & commenting on the video. #couragetocommitt

@Shan M I have a cleaning company I started in 2014 and for the first several years I hired friends and family. Then as I hired people from outside my circle, those employees loved their work and wanted me to hire their friends and family. I'd say the biggest challenge in having family and friends working for you has to be accountability and professionalism. They will always expect you to understand because you know them, believe they were doing you a favor by "helping"- so the rules don't really apply to them. Then family conflicts can carry over to work making for some very unprofessional behavior observed by clients. Even though I wouldn't be where I'm at now without my friends and family- and the lessons learned, I don't recommend hiring family or friends unless they go through all the EXACT onboarding procedures as any employee hired on. They MUST understand from the get go the company culture you are building, your goals for the company, your expectations, and hold them to the same disciplinary actions of anyone else. Because once you are running a company, while at work, you are no longer family- you are the leader of the company and must wear that hat fairly. That work relationship must be built immediately or there will be so much friction that the familiar relationship can hold the company back. Hope that helps.

@Shan M Transparency is extremely important in business, especially a family business, but can be very scary for a business owner, especially when family is involved. Money topics should be dealt with the same candor as everything- if the people doing the work don't understand how they get paid or how the company bills get paid then they lose your trust. And if they cant trust you with their livelihood then how can you expect them to be trustworthy? "Because I said so" doesn't work in business anymore.
Which one are you? Prideful, Fearful, or Perfectionist?
This video 👉 Are You One of These 3 Broke Personalities? is probably going to offend a few cleaning business owners…but it will defintely help alot more. See, there are 3 types of business owners I run into every single week: 💥 The Prideful One – too “smart” to be coached, too stubborn to succeed. They already know everything... except how to grow. 😬 The Fearful One – terrified of rejection, mistakes, and commitment. They play defense in business and wonder why they’re still stuck. 😤 The Perfectionist – obsessed with doing everything “right.”Won’t delegate. Won’t let go.They become the bottleneck—and their business suffocates. The wild part? Every cleaning business owner who fails fits one of these profiles. And if you’re brave enough to watch this video, you’ll finally see which one’s running your business. 🎥 Watch "Are You One of These 3 Broke Personalities?" here → https://youtu.be/cogZ6lohDwQ Fair warning: This one cuts deep....But so does growth. 💪

Glad to be part of something bigger. Thank you for these posts. I get up regularly to dust myself off and learn from the lessons and stubbornly keep grinding. I'm a bit of each of these occasionally but none of them ever for long. Building a good company has a way of stripping the pride and fear away and building a whole new you, if you let it. I started as a solo cleaner so I felt this sting a bit but thats ok because I believe my insistence on quality will also push me harder in wrapping up my 2025 goals of creating an offer that attracts the right employees in my company. Also to build my new community and courses on Skool.
(Replay in Comment) We Didn’t Build Location #3… We Bought It.
Two years ago, @Katie Manzanares and I loaded everything into a black Chevy pickup and drove to Mesa, Arizona. 🚫No friends 🚫No family. 🚫No logical reason. Just a vision of building... 7 million-dollar cleaning businesses.😶 Fast-forward: - Location #1 in Montana went from $1.1M → $1.5M per year. - Location #2 in Arizona went from $0 to $92,252/ month. Two million-dollar locations. 💪 Location #3 was next. But location #3 wont be built... it was bought. Tomorrow, I’m revealing the details about location #3. (hint: its in a new state) I will be sharing: ✅When should you BUY vs BUILD? ✅How do you know a business is worth acquiring? ✅What signals matter—and which ones are traps? If you want to know all the juicy details... be on the live call tomorrow. 📅 Road To A Million 🕒 Monday, November 17th — 3PM–4PM EST 🎯 Topic: We Bought Location #3 👉 Link:>>> Click Here to Join <<< Comment below if you are coming to this call 💪

(Replay Is Up) Can't Grow A Business With A Bad Name
Most people don’t lose in business because they’re lazy. They lose because they chase money over reputation. - They underdeliver. - They refuse to refund. - They resist losing money. They do what’s in their best interest vs the best interest of others. All for a green piece of paper.... silly. Then they wonder why their business is stuck. They get no referrals. And progress is no where to be seen. Today at 3PM EST, I’m going live to break down: 🔥 Why reputation is wealth that can’t be stolen. 🔥 How to earn trust first, so you can earn income forever. 🔥 Why your name is the real currency. If you're tired of scrambling to fill cleaners schedules and ready to build something that lasts—be on the live call today. 📍 Road to a Million — Live at 3PM EST → Click Here To Join See you there my friends. 💪

Reputation in this industry is everything. If the client cant trust that you have their best interest at heart then how can they trust you with one of their biggest assets- their home? To keep quality recurring clients make sure they feel taken care of and make any mistake right. I will be watching this replay
