I have learned the art of “minding the gap,” where I take time to reflect before I react to something, and if I don’t actively practice the skill, I lose it. So holding myself accountable in 2025 to minding the gap more. Even if it means playing a recording of someone exiting the London Tube on repeat. Time never hurt anyone.
