Pitch a video question ✨
Have a question about PCOS, metabolic health, cholesterol, or body love that you’d love answered in a video? Drop it here 👇 What works best: - Topics you’re confused about - PCOS/metabolic health/blood sugar/diet/cholesterol things you’ve seen online - Questions you’d love explained in simple terms - Things you wish doctors would explain more clearly What’s off-limits (to keep this safe & clear): - No personal or individualized medical questions - No requests for lab interpretations or supplement prescriptions - No posting your labs, meds, supplements Here’s how it works: 1. Add your question to this thread. 2. Upvote the ones you’d also love to hear about. 3. From time to time, I’ll choose questions that seem most helpful for the community and create a YouTube or IG video to unpack them. 💛 Think of it as a bonus gift, not a guarantee. If your question gets chosen, I’ll tag you when the video is live. PCOS and not having a doctor
✨️ Sunday Shift ✨️ new community challenge
Welcome to the Sunday Shift! Rember goal is to post once a week with consistency. Doesnt need to be Sunday. Join everyday. The key is a weekly cycle. We’re doing something new starting today: you now have two simple ways to participate: ✨ OPTION 1: Choose Your Own Sunday Shift (Custom Goal in Under 2 Minutes) If you already know what your focus is this week, use the 2-minute format to post your goal. 👉 How to post your own adventure Sunday Shift: https://www.skool.com/shift-society/sunday-shift-how-to-in-2min-edition?p=64e25a26 This is for you if you have clarity or are already working on something specific and want to build consistency. 🔥 OPTION 2: Join the Movement Challenge (Group Focus – Week 1) If you feel overwhelmed or want to build momentum alongside the group this is your path. 🎯 Week 1 Goal: NOTICE & TRACK YOUR BASELINE This week is about awareness, not improvement yet. ✅ Step 1: Choose how you'll track movement - A watch, phone, ring, pedometer, or app - No device? Just track intentional movement minutes using the “6 out of 10 effort” rule below. ✅ Step 2: Discover your baseline - What is your average daily step count? - How many minutes per week do you do intentional movement at a 6/10 intensity? What is 6/10 Intensity? - Purposeful movement - Slightly breathy but still able to talk - Heart rate elevated and intentional (not just walking around the house) Examples: brisk walk, cycling, dancing, hiking, stairs on purpose, exercise class (as long as you could still hold a conversation). 📌 It doesn’t have to be perfect. We’re establishing YOUR baseline so we can measure future progress relative to you. How to Join the Challenge 👇 Comment MOVE if you’re in.Your goal this week is simply: track your baseline and come back next Sunday to share what you noticed. Why Start With Movement? Movement improves: - Energy and mood - Cravings and emotional eating - Motivation to nourish your body better

Lab Clarity Mini Series Ep2 Diagnosis Labs vs Monitoring Labs
In this episode, we zoomed out and talked about why PCOS labs can feel so confusing especially when diagnosis labs and monitoring labs get mixed together. Reminder about the bonus 🎁 If you leave a short comment under each video in this mini series (there are 5): - Skool automatically gives you points - When you reach Level 2, you’ll unlock the PCOS Lab Tracker - No extra steps needed it unlocks automatically No deadlines. No pressure. Just small moments of showing up. When you’re ready, move on to Episode 3 [Comin' next week] 💛 There’s no expectation to “do” anything perfectly here. This is about clarity, not completion. Choose one option — whatever feels easiest: ✋ Raise your hand if this helped you see why not everyone with PCOS needs the same labs OR 💬 Share one word that captures how labs have felt for you before (confusing, overwhelming, validating, unclear, etc.) OR 🎬 Drop an emoji or GIF that fits the vibe One sentence, emoji, or GIF is plenty. Please don’t share personal medical details this is a public space. Quick check-in (comment right here 👇)

Lab Clarity Mini Training Episode 1 Drop
Over the past year, more than a thousand people have said “yes please” to my PCOS Lab Checklist and mini-training. And today was revamp day. Not because anything was broken but because I wanted to make this easier to actually use. What’s new in 2.0 Instead of one longer training video, this is now: - ✨ 5 short, bingeable videos - ✨ Each focused on one idea - ✨ Designed to lower overwhelm, not add to it You don’t need to watch everything at once. You don’t need the checklist open while you’re watching. Just take it one video at a time. How this works (and how the bonus unlocks) - Each episode has a post underneath it (like this one) - If you leave a short comment under each video, Skool tracks that automatically - When you’ve commented on all 5 videos, you’ll reach Level 2 🎁 At Level 2, you unlock the PCOS Lab Tracker (Coming soon, but you'll get immediate access) A private tool to help you keep your lab info organized in one place and connect the dots for your body. Please don’t share personal medical information this is a public space. Let’s start with Episode 1 👇 Before moving on, leave a quick comment right here. Choose one of the options below whatever feels easiest: ✋ Raise your hand if you identify as a bit of a wallflower in groups OR 💬 Share one word that comes to mind when you think about labs OR 🎬 Drop a GIF or emoji that captures the vibe of how you feel when you think about labs That’s it. One small moment of showing up counts. (And yes, wallflowers are very welcome here 💛) 💜 Mel
