AMRAP Monday
Instead of just dong EMOMs everyday, I was thinking about doing some AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) as well. This type of format will teach you how to pace yourself for different durations of intensity. Thoughts?

I like the mix between the EMOM and AMRAP. I think it would be beneficial for our training to mix it up! 😊
