We have 20plus inches of snow right now in Kentucky, and they are not used to getting that much snow here.
Daily ‘Calm’ Practice
Quiet your mind, breathe and let go of words, worry and plans. WRITE IT OUT A diary is a useful tool for self-reflection and decompression. Writing down your experiences, thoughts and feelings can help you process your emotions, notice patterns in your thinking and clear out your mind. Your diary doesn’t have to look a certain way — it can be messy notes, bullet points, voice-to-text, or a few lines in your phone. Journaling can be a good tool to get my feelings out, but I do better when I have a prompt. A goal of mine is to try to journal more consistently. I get super busy and then forget.
