Hi there. My name is Max. I am one of the best players in my school overall. I really want to become better player and become professional athlete. I tried gym and plyometrics it helped me to increase my jump but not by much and i want to know how to become better

@Damian Wojda u can try to do it after your volleyball sessions or make it a part of a leg day in the gym

You can't lose fat on a concrete place on your body because fat burns proportionally. If you just want to burn fat you should be in 200-300 calorie deficit and eat more veggies. If you also want to gain muscle you should eat more food that contains a lot of protein

I understood how i should attack
I was on my training session together and finally realized how i should utilise my body for most efficient spike. So basically you should rotate your hips and in starting position yiur elbow should be low. When you hit the ball you brig out your elbow to the front, rotate your hips and extend the arm
