Goal for the Week: Establish and communicate time blocks for work and School on Tues/Thursday Evenings. Maintaining energy for Coaching, Recovery, and Social Connection MWF Evenings. Top 3 Priorities: 1. Architect Role: Pickle Ball Sports Complex in Palm Springs - Finalize site plans & Revise Narrative letter for Re-submittal 2. Real-Estate Business Owner Role: Draft and send out Rent Reminders for September 3. ASU Student Role: Complete Module 1- InDesign Assignment Top 3 Level Ups: 🏋️♂️ Pillar One: Physical Health & Wellness Focus: Evening setup → smoother mornings. • Use the last hour of your day at least 3 nights this week to prep clothes, logbook, three priorities • Goal: wake up with less friction and more energy for training. 🧠 Pillar Two: Mental & Emotional Well-Being Focus: Proactive connection + boundary practice. • Do a proactive check-in with someone at least 3 times this week. • Set 1 clear boundary (kind but firm) when your time or energy is at risk. • Goal: reduce reactivity, free up space for me ❤️ Pillar Three: Romantic Partnerships / Loving Focus: Take charge of dating life with energy + consistency. • Run the Dating Energy Ritual (15–20 min) 2–3 times this week. • In those sessions: swipe on Bumble/Tinder, send at least two messages, share 1 IG story or DM. • Goal: build momentum, frame dating as an adventure, not a chore.
