Gratitude
Gratitude is a great way to start your day. You can’t be any other emotion and grateful at the same time (you can’t be angry and grateful for example). The more you practice gratitude the more you will train yourself to appreciate the things around you. Comment below what you’re grateful for and check in the comments what I’m grateful for.

I actively practice gratitude for a couple of years now, since I learned that gratitude is a precursor to joy. I have so many things to be grateful for! I am grateful to be alive, to be able-bodied, to live in such a beautiful place with abundance of food and water.
