Cleaning / washing dishes
What you guys reccomend for cleaning my dishes and cutlery with after eating. I can’t keep cooking myself after using these dishes from the dishwasher. Would using something like lemon be a good idea for hadnwashing or are there any good cloths or sponges or anything that aren’t toxic.
Introduction
Hey I’m max , 18 years old from England. Been on animal based - some cooked , sometimes raw meals for quite a while in order to fix a specific type of IBS ( ulcerative colitis). Been looking into ajonus recently and have decided to go onto a fully raw diet as I see it as the true way to completely reverse my gut issues , and live disease free. Joined the comm as I know jirka has hella ball knowledge when it comes to ajonus philosophy, and wanted to ask questions if need be.

Milk issues
Recently, I bought cow’s milk from a farm that keeps a mix of Jersey cows and another breed whose English name I don’t know (in Czech, it’s called Český strakatý skot). As far as I understand, the milk is basically a mix of A1 and A2. After drinking it, I start having really fucking bad problems. After a while, my stomach starts rumbling, I get extremely gassy and fart a lot, and eventually I get diarrhea. When I wipe my ass, the toilet paper is fucking red. Does that mean it’s blood or what? This really upsets me because I want to drink milk for its health benefits. I follow all the principles of drinking it properly: I don’t drink it straight from the fridge, I drink it at least two hours before or after a meal, and I don’t drink it too quickly. But my body still seems to reject it. I don’t know whether the problem is with the milk or with me. I eat raw meat and I’m completely fine. Have any of you had problems drinking milk?

I had the same thing like a year ago. I have ulcerative colitis so I’m more prone to bleeding anyway at this time. Anyway I ate some bad quality liver and was detoxing so my intestines were weak. I craved raw milk so bad even though I haven’t drank any dairy for years , I got 2L of milk and chugged it cold and fresh - next day I had bleeding in stool. However know I have been fermenting my milk in my own bacteria ( spit) , sip it slowly and warm and don’t have any problems. U need to ferment you milk but don’t over ferment it , the alchohols could be bad if ur intestines are so weak
