How long after a main meat-based meal should I wait before eating fruit? Yesterday I had a meal with ground beef, raw heart, and raw lard, and then about 10–15 minutes later I ate some watermelon. I had fucking horrible diarrhea afterward, and I’m still getting some weird-ass stomach cramps from time to time.

Why does an egg taste so much better when you drink it straight from the shell? I recently started drinking eggs straight from the shell, and I was honestly shocked by how good they taste. Especially when you drink an egg in hot weather, when the sun is blazing outside — it feels really hydrating.

I put some ground beef in a glass jar in the fridge because I didn’t want to keep it in plastic. It stayed there for a couple of days and turned gray. When I opened the jar and smelled it, the smell wasn’t very pleasant — it was actually kind of unpleasant. Is it safe to eat ground beef once it has turned gray?

Maybe this was covered in the guides, but is it okay to buy a large amount of organs and meat, store them in the freezer, and then take them out, thaw them, and eat them? For example, I bought 1 kg of liver, cut it into portions, and keep it in the freezer. Does freezing affect the nutrients in any way?

A question for those living in the Czech Republic — and elsewhere too: Where do you buy raw meat, organs, and animal fat? I personally order online from a farm that has its own e-shop, but I’m curious whether there are any better sources.
