Football IQ โ€” Protect Your Body Before Itโ€™s Too Late โš ๏ธ
Guys, I want to say something important. The last weeks have been very hard for me because of my Achilles tendon injury. I never thought something like this could affect my life so much. Simple things like walking, sleeping, standing, helping my family, even traveling became painful and difficult. At first, I thought it was just soreness or a small injury. But Achilles injuries are serious. The pain, pressure on the other leg, calf tightness, and loss of movement can become mentally exhausting too. Please take care of your body before injuries happen. Warm up properlyStretch your calves and anklesDo not ignore pain or tightnessRest when your body is warning youTake recovery, sleep, and nutrition seriously As football players and athletes, we always want to push harder. But sometimes we forget that one injury can change everything for months. Your health is part of your Football IQ too. Train smart, not just hard.

๐Ÿง โšฝ Injury IQ Challenge โ€“ Think Like a Smart Player
Smart players donโ€™t just playโ€ฆ they think, protect their body, and make better decisions. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Answer these 3 questions with explanation (WHY): 1๏ธโƒฃ You feel slight pain in your hamstring during training. What is the smartest decision? A) Ignore it and keep playing B) Stop and check it early C) Play lighter but continue 2๏ธโƒฃ After injury, when should you return to full training? A) When pain is gone B) When coach says so C) When strength, movement, and confidence are fully back 3๏ธโƒฃ What helps you avoid re-injury the most? A) Rest only B) Proper recovery + strength training C) Just stretching before games ๐Ÿ’ฌ Write your answers + explain your thinking. ๐Ÿ“Œ Tomorrow I will post the correct answers and explain how real high-IQ players think.

B C B because for the first one you donโ€™t want to risk it so you should check For the second one C because if you arenโ€™t 100% mentally and physically you shouldnโ€™t play. And B for the third one so it comes back to full strength
Football IQ Lesson from Liverpool vs PSG
@Zeyad made a very good tactical observation in his analysis. Liverpool defended in a 5-3-2 mid-to-low block, trying to stay compact and close the central space. But PSG used three smart attacking concepts: โ€ข Width to stretch the block โ€ข Blindside runs behind defenders โ€ข Quick combinations (1-2 passes and third-man runs) Because of this, PSG constantly attacked the half-spaces, which eventually led to both goals. This teaches us an important Football IQ principle: Defensive compactness is not just about shape โ€” itโ€™s about synchronized movement. If defenders shift late or midfielders fail to track runners, the half-spaces become exposed. Question for the community: When defending in a compact block, what is more important? A) Staying close to your teammate B) Tracking runners behind you C) Shifting together as a unit D) Communication between lines Explain your answer.

I would say C because if one player is out of position. The entire defensive structure is broken and they can break lines and eventually score.
โšฝ Football IQ Quiz #1 โ€“ Decision Making
Imagine this situation: You are a central midfielder. You receive the ball and you quickly scan the field. You see:โ€ข A teammate making a run behind the defenseโ€ข A defender coming to press you fastโ€ข Space open on the right side What is the best decision? A) Turn and try to dribble past the defender B) Pass immediately to the teammate running behind the defense C) Pass to the right side where there is space D) Hold the ball and wait for more options ๐Ÿ‘‡ Comment your answer (A, B, C, or D) and explain why. Tomorrow I will post the correct answer and explanation.

I think either A or C because if you can break that press to the right side you can dribble and find the player running in behind but you can also pass to the open player in that open right space.
Common mistake?
When players lose the ball often, is it usually a technical problem or a thinking problem? What do you think?

Both but mostly a thinking problem
