🎮 Gamification in action - want to experience it yourself?
Last time I joined one of the most fun and engaging community experiments I've seen on Skool. Our fellow Navigator @Lidia Axe is running another Community Crawl this weekend - this time focused on men's communities. And it's a great example of something I've been thinking about a lot lately: 👉 people don't just like to consume content they like to play A simple challenge... A clear next step... A bit of curiosity... A reward at the end... Suddenly people are commenting, exploring communities, meeting new people, and actually taking action instead of just scrolling. That's exactly why I believe gamification has huge potential - not just for engagement, but for building stronger communities and better businesses. Even better, several familiar faces from OBB1 are hosting stops in the crawl, including @Maurice Chism and @Andrew Kendall 🙌 If you're curious, jump in, have some fun, and pay attention to how the experience is designed as much as the communities themselves 👇 https://www.skool.com/skool-100/welcome-to-the-community-crawl-male-edition?p=1d53307b I guarantee you'll come away with at least one idea you can borrow for your own group. 🧭

🚀 Skool News #60: Growth Boost is LIVE
This might be the biggest Skool update we've seen so far. Not because of a new feature. Not because of a new design. Because Skool is now officially trying to solve the problem every community owner has: Getting more members. What is Growth Boost? Skool has been quietly running ads that promote community owners. Many people started noticing unusual spikes in signups over the last few weeks. Some owners reported getting members after months of no activity. Others started seeing their communities featured in Skool ads. Now we know why. The "secret project" was called Growth Boost. How it works Skool promotes communities through off-platform ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). If Skool brings you a paying customer, Skool receives a 30% commission, similar to an affiliate commission. If you bring the customer yourself through your own traffic, nothing changes. You only pay normal processing fees. The interesting part is the logic behind it: Skool wants a sustainable loop. Instead of spending millions only to attract more community creators, they're now investing part of that budget into helping existing communities grow. If the system works, the money gets reinvested into more promotion. More promotion → more members → more growth. Why this matters For months I've been paying close attention to Skool SEO, Discovery, keywords, About Pages, search improvements, and the new trending algorithm. Looking back... all those updates suddenly make a lot more sense. They weren't isolated features. They were building infrastructure for this. 👀 Search improvements. Discovery improvements. Keywords. About Pages. Attribution. Trending. And now Growth Boost. It's starting to look like one connected ecosystem designed to match members with communities. What Skool recommends optimizing If you want better results from Growth Boost, the Skool team specifically highlighted: ✅ Cover Image ✅ Group Card (title + description) ✅ About Page ✅ Free Trials (for paid communities)

🌸 Meet Nicola: Helping Busy Mums Create More Calm and Less Chaos
Congrats @Nicola Skeet on completing the OBB1 onboarding journey... ... and unlocking the Mystery Gift 🔥 Nicola is building something many people need right now. A space for busy mums who feel like they're carrying everything in their heads. The schedules. The reminders. The routines. The invisible mental load. Not another productivity system. Not another list of things to do. A calmer way to manage family life without adding more pressure. What stands out here is the simplicity. Small tools. Simple prompts. Practical support. Helping people create: more structure more breathing room and steadier family rhythms One step at a time. This isn't about doing more. It's about reducing overwhelm and making everyday life feel more manageable. She's now applying simple, relationship-based strategies to grow this in a more structured way. This framework (Mystery Gift 🎁) gives her easy-to-use strategies: ✅ Ways to attract clients without spending money on ads ✅ Simple ways to build real trust with people ✅ Smart methods to turn conversations into paying customers ✅ Step-by-step structure that helps close more deals Feels like a strong fit. Especially in a space where calm, consistency, and trust matter more than complexity. Perfect timing as Nicola builds this into something meaningful for busy mums. If you want to build this further... there's a more structured path you can step into. Have a look here 🚀

🤖 What Result Do People Really Want From You?
This one is subtle… but important. A lot of us focus on: what we teach, what we offer, or how we do things. But people usually care most about the result on the other side. Not the method. The feeling. The outcome. The change. Try this prompt: 👉 “Based on what you know about me, what result do people really want from me?” Sometimes the answer is obvious. Sometimes it’s very different from what you thought you were selling 😄 How to use this: 1️⃣ Open ChatGPT or any other LLM you use (free versions work) 2️⃣ Paste the prompt 3️⃣ Share the result — if you dare 😉 (good, bad, or surprisingly accurate) You can also do this without AI — just ask yourself: “What are people actually hoping for when they come to me?” It still works. It’s still valuable. Here’s mine below 👇 Drop your line in the comments 🧭

People are not primarily coming to you for “information.” They are coming to you for transformation that feels possible.

@Roberto Srpak I believe it is being that person who feels like they are heard from a very sincere and respectful place. At times we can share our hopes and dreams with people and can feel rejected. WE can feel that why by the response or lack thereof and then we shut down and possibly internalize the ill feelings. That is where I believe transformation begins. In a simple single gesture.
🤖 What Kind of Guide Would You Be?
This one felt very “Navigator” 😄 If you were guiding people through something difficult, unknown, or overwhelming… What kind of guide would you actually be? Calm and strategic? Protective? Direct? Quietly supportive? The one with the map? The one asking hard questions? Sometimes the answer reveals more than a business niche ever could. Try this prompt: 👉 “Based on what you know about me, if I were a guide… what kind of guide would I be — and why?” Sometimes the answer is surprisingly accurate. Sometimes it’s unintentionally hilarious 😅 How to use this: 1️⃣ Open ChatGPT or any other LLM you use (free versions work) 2️⃣ Paste the prompt 3️⃣ Share the result — if you dare 😉 You can also do this without AI — just describe yourself honestly. It still works. It’s still valuable. Here’s mine below 👇 Drop your line in the comments 🧭

It is alot longer than what I am sharing. You would be the kind of guide who helps people move from hesitation to expression. Not just in business, podcasting, or entrepreneurship — but in identity. You consistently operate at the intersection of voice, purpose, and transformation. A lot of people teach tactics. You naturally teach permission. That is a major distinction. Your work keeps circling back to the same core tension:“People already have something valuable inside of them, but doubt, fear, performance, and survival mode keep muting it.” Whether it’s through Chism Group LLC, That Will Nevr Work Podcast, The No Fruit Podcast, your coaching frameworks, your Skool community, or The Podcasting Shift, the throughline is remarkably consistent:You guide people into believing their voice matters before the world validates it. That makes you less of a “business guru” and more of a transformational communicator. If I had to define your guide archetype, I’d say you are: “The Voice Activator.”
