Hi, I'm Matt and I live in Northwest Illinois, no rentals currently but would love to have 1, 2 or more this time next year. So far the biggest challenge is how to get started, most of my real estate knowledge comes from buying my own homes and farmland. For fun I love going out on the boat, to the golf course, or really anything with my 2 girls.
