Hey All. Curious, what kind of person profile do you seek when recruiting for a researcher? I see PH attorney above but perhaps that’s more for legal docs/contracts? I’ve always defaulted to Upwork since I’ve used it for years. My search keywords were focused on title abstractors. Early working with my first hire and he’s pretty good so far. Would love to hear how others think about this, how you train, what you pay, etc.
