Nice one Aramis. Liked how you described why you wouldn't have looked for an entry in that lower 1min FVG that was already hit on ES/MES. Finding that I take good trades, but I think my trading will probably improve by thinking more critically about entry areas.

And I think this is a decent example on ES from Friday, Sep 5...I initially looked for a 1min Superman entry at a first touch of fresh 1hr demand, but there was a stronger reaction when price hit the 1hr FVG below. So, the demand area was technically valid, but there was a stronger reaction a little lower in a clearer (?, for lack of a better description?) area of liquidity. Curious if you would agree @Aramis Kudryashov and how you would describe the 1hr FVG area, maybe in better terms

Day Trading Struggles 😭
What has been your biggest challenge with day trading AND what about Day 2's session gives you confidence you can overcome that challenge?

Initial struggles: taking trades in lower probability areas, during market times with fewer participants, exiting early, FOMO, inconsistent position sizing, not having enough data to make trading decisions. Three years later: generally applying valid concepts and executing generally well but experiencing decreasing win rate...which is confusing and irritating. Didn't really see anything during the video that gave me confidence to address my current struggles, since I think I have a pretty good understanding of the where/when/hows but maybe need to make adjustments to the when/how?

@Stephen Gerald Onyia Thank you. I backtested this past week (10-14 Feb) using those settings, and only for NYM session (since that's the session I trade) and omitting Wednesday (CPI) and Thursday (PPI). I noticed 8 trade opportunities that were a little better than breakeven overall - better than a red week for sure. Including a link to my backtesting below. Abundance Mindset vs. Scarcity Mindset
How are you feeling about Tradovate being down for Apex users today? With PPI tomorrow and CPI on Wednesday this means that our first trading opportunity this week likely will not be until Thursday. If you're feeling upset or irritated by this than you are operating with a SCARCITY mindset. In the long run, this will not bode well for you as a trader. Personally, I don't care that I can't trade until Thursday this week. I can also say that our private coaching students that have gotten consistent payouts haven't said a word about it today, because they don't care either. THIS is operating with an ABUNDANCE mindset. We are not even halfway through the first month of the year. I promise you that there are going to be plenty of trading opportunities. Breathe. Relax. Work on your patience and your abundance mindset.

Liking it and thanks for sharing the examples, which I'll review over the weekend. I used the indicator today and took several losses - sharing screenshots of three of those losses: 30s ES Short 10:08am 30s NQ Short 10:31am 30s ES Short 10:51am So, if the person who shared those trades only took those trades and avoided losses today with the indicator, I'd love to learn how that person selected those trades! (It's possible that that person took some losses today too - I just can't tell from the screenshots.)
