Other muscles give out on push ups
I mostly feel lactic acid build up (the burning sensation) in my shoulders during push ups and sometimes when I focus on the push it will also be in my triceps, but I only feel a pump from the push ups after I do them. Is it supposed to be like that or is there something wrong with me form? It might also be limiting my max number of push ups.
How should I train?
Currently I have unlocked the muscle up and like a 5 second handstand. I also think I have some decent progress in working towards planche, I think I can do a couple seconds of tucked planche but the form is probably really bad so a safer guess would be at least 10 seconds of planche lean. I want to obviously work towards harder progressions to get to planche, I also want to get higher pulls and also eventually unlock the handstand push up.

Getting into calisthenics and struggling with imbalance (weightlifting for a little over a year and decided to switch)
Hello! I hope someone may be able to help, I am a new in training calisthenics and am looking for guidance regarding what seems to be a strength imbalance. When I lift my arms seem to be the same size, but during dips and pullups my right side takes over, triceps and lats. I don't know if it's a form thing or not (I've been taking videos trying to make sure I'm symmetrical), but my right side is the only side that feels it after. Will continuing with calisthenics "strengthen" my right side more (if that is the issue), or would you recommend something completely different?

I have never really seen imbalance to an extent like that, I am kind of imbalanced too and I can see it clearly when I do dumbbell curls that my left arm is stronger (I be jorkin it with that side that might be why) but I guess what you could do is try to do some extra work on the weak side, maybe try doing a little less weight or if your doing calisthenics do an easier variation. I am not really an expert in this field so I can't say that will 100% work.
Handstand Push Up or Muscle Up?
I was training with the community on Saturday when a Caliversity athlete came up to me He asked me an interesting question: "Which is HARDER? The handstand push up or the muscle up?" I was intrigued by that question, and I want to KNOW WHAT YOU THINK So, which is HARDER, and why do you think so?

HSPU, I already have a muscle up unlocked and I did it pretty fast without too much training. For the HSPU, I have not even gotten a good balance on just holding the handstand yet.
What is your FAVOURITE go-to source of protein?
Here's mine: 200g Chicken breast No salt, no seasoning, no sauce, no marinate Boiled for 15 minutes, eaten straight out of the pot. Some say I'm insane, but that's 60g of protein at 320kcal What's yours?
