Time to compare splits show us your split and the order u like do you workouts and why here’s mine ! push - bench press, incline dumbbells, overhead and normal triceps extensions, lateral raises. Rest Pull - lateral pull downs, back rows, farmer carry’s, bicep curls, preacher curls. Rest Legs - quad extensions, calf raises, seated machine hamstrings, plank until failure x2 Feel free to comment what you think of mine is it similar to yours ?

I think the most overlooked part of the gym depending on your goal is that your body is the only body like it. e.g my split might not be as optimal for you not because my body is better just different things work. I’ve always went by if I hate an exercise I won’t do it gym isn’t just about working hard and being better it’s about enjoyment sometimes it’s okay to sacrifice gains for preference. I’ve took a look at your spot and honestly it looks pretty good I’ll always recommend 2x sets to failure instead of the more common 3x12 as muscle is genuinely being worked the most during them last few reps to failure. If you show me your split I can give a more in detail answer
