Dosing recommendation for 10 mg bottles of TB500 and BP157?
Was thinking 3ML water and 500 micro daily. Does this sound right? Mild to acute sciatica/herniated disk issues.

I just did 2ml with my 10mg and am doing 500mcg which came out to 10 units on a U-100. 3ml would be fine too just be 15 units. 500mcg to 1mg is typically my suggested dosage.

Can Tirz, Tesa/IPA be taken together. Not mixed together but same day or is it too much?

Yes they can absolutely be taken same day. They work very different pathways and stack together very nicely.
