This client came to me in bad condition and was completely botched . Before I started treatment he had to laser his entire scalp ! He we are starting with the sides using Picassos Pitch Black ink formula : I did a solution of 15/1 adding the drops of orange to neutralize. This is for the sides and lower back part of the scalp . I will use a solution of 13/1 for the crown and hairline . This is what we do when poor SMP (technicians) are out here creating problems for us to fix. This client had a condition called Acne Keloidalis Nuchae, which caused aggressive bumps and thick scarring around the neck area. He had surgery to remove them, and now we’re in step one of the recovery and transformation process. 🫶🏼 Today, I’m doing needling to begin softening and flattening the area. Before I can do any SMP, I need to make sure the skin is stable — no active keloids, no raised tissue, and smooth enough to take pigment safely.💯 The skin is still very thick in some parts and sunken in others, so this is going to be a multi-step journey. But trust me — when we’re done, it’s going to look CLEAN. 🧼 This is the before… he walked in like this today. Let the healing begin. What formula would you use on him????

My client returned with his own adjustments. He requested to firm up the side profiles, slight angle change and a softer hair line. Hopefully he will be happy with it. Sometimes it’s a work in progress until you simply cannot do anymore.
