Had a client come in wanting that super sharp, straight across hairline (you know the one). After a good consultation and showing him some examples, he decided to trust our recommendation for a softer, more natural hairline that suits his age and face shape better.

This client had a condition called Acne Keloidalis Nuchae, which caused aggressive bumps and thick scarring around the neck area. He had surgery to remove them, and now we’re in step one of the recovery and transformation process. 🫶🏼 Today, I’m doing needling to begin softening and flattening the area. Before I can do any SMP, I need to make sure the skin is stable — no active keloids, no raised tissue, and smooth enough to take pigment safely.💯 The skin is still very thick in some parts and sunken in others, so this is going to be a multi-step journey. But trust me — when we’re done, it’s going to look CLEAN. 🧼 This is the before… he walked in like this today. Let the healing begin. What formula would you use on him????
