NEW Jan.17, 2025 FCC Regulations for Lead Generation
How do you guys approach the new regulation, in particular if to sell to various buyers? Considering the consumer consent most be 1:1, this means the consumer has to give consent to each single advertiser. If we sell to brokers we even do not know who they are. Is there a solution by ActiveProspect/ TrustedForms?

@John Casto is there anything we have to do from a affiliate/media buyer perspective to be compliant? If the network gets exposed for not complying, does that come back to the media buyer?
