Make the time
The most over-used statement in business and life is "Im Busy". This drives me crazy when I hear this and when I say the same thing myself. What this really means is you have poor time management or your "why" is NOT bigger than your mindset. I find myself at least once a week too busy for my own good and those around me. My "hack" is to reset the day, reset my to do list, make sure my priorities are in line with my goals. And get out of my own way. There is no excuse that you are too busy and we should NOT put ourselves in a corner with being too busy. Here are a few members in this community that can help you get out of your own way. @Matthew Vincent is a SUPER STAR in finding your own way and re-capturing your life. We are lucky to have him in here in the community. Expect him to be a guest on one of our upcoming calls. @Brad Dunn and @Heidi Love Rendina @Taylor Wiggers can all help you find a way to build a schedule around your physical fitness and eating habits. Of course that creates more energy to get through your day.

What an excellent reminder
What did you learn?
What did you learn at that last job? Here’s the challenge @Jim Riley what was something you learned in a prior job? Respond here and then tag another member to do the same! Here’s mine: When I was in college, I spent a summer working for Champion International Timberlands Division. I learned more about forestry in 3 months than most undergrads in 3 years. My biggest takeaway though was prioritizing safety and paying attention to detail. An accident in the woods when you’re miles and hours from help is not something you take lightly. Work hard, don’t take shortcuts, and watch each others’ backs!

@Jim Riley one of my first mentors and coaches taught me that completion only exists within you and your organization, if we focus on what we are doing and where we are going and we get 1% better everyday we will win. He also taught me I am my greatest problem and my only solution, to take full accountability for everything in my life and to own it.
VIP Dinner
This dinner sold out last year! Don't miss it this year. We will have a few key speakers and an opportunity to give back to our Veterans. This is offered to this group first.

@Brian Rosol same here ! @Jim Riley
Hello!
Hey everybody, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am a 26 year-old entrepreneur from the flathead Valley here in Montana. I started my general contracting business when I was 18 with $0.37 to my name and have managed to scale it to 3mil + a year in revenue. I’ve now also started an electrical company and we are working on purchasing an HVAC company at the end of this year. The goal of our company is to in-house everything so we don’t have to use subcontractors. This also includes design start to finish. We do commercial residential and government projects. I’m excited to be a part of this group because I have had a hard time finding other people that are motivated and want to grow and succeed the way that I do. I feel blessed to have met Jim and to be introduced to this group. Something that would be a need or a want, would be a new referral source or an idea of where I should start looking and asking for referrals.
