Really looking forward to this!
Stay strong
For those who have recently landed gigs, many congratulations! For those still on the hunt (like me), keep showing up! We will get there.
🎓 Graduate Spotlight — Mackenzie Riggs
@everyone MSCB Big milestone alert! @Mackenzie Riggs just broke into medical sales! She’s accepted a role with LifeNet Health as an Associate Territory Manager in the Regenerative Wound Solutions Division. For Mackenzie, breaking into medical sales wasn’t just about wanting it but more importantly, it was about showing up with focus, taking every piece of mentorship seriously, and moving with intent. She turned her preparation into confidence, and her confidence into results. Now she’s stepping into a role where her work will drive meaningful patient impact in the wound care space. Mackenzie, you’ve proven exactly what’s possible when vision meets action. You’ve earned this, and you’re only getting started. Let’s light up this thread for Mackenzie. 💪🏾

What to message people on LinkedIn?
Hey! So I’ve been doing a lot of research on companies and finding people who work there, making connections etc., but I’m still struggling with what to write or message them so they actually respond ?! lol any advice. Thanx!

Finally Broke In!! - Landed A Role At My Dream Company!
I am so happy to share that I accepted an offer with Boston Scientific in the Interventional Cardiology Department as an Associate Territory Manager! It took a lot of hard work, resilience, and staying the course to finally land a role at my dream company. This was the third role I went for with BSC and I'm so grateful it worked out because this team and manager make me so motivated to succeed! The EYS program is instrumental in helping prepare for these interviews, especially being new to the industry. Best piece of advice I can give is to USE the resources and tap into the network. I did multiple mock interviews and came prepared for the types of questions I was looking for help to answer. I utilized the network to get connected with all the right people and continued to relentlessly follow up appropriately to maintain those relationships. When this role came about, I already had a reputation as a good candidate just needing to find the right home. Use the resources! Read through the modules. Complete all of the practice questions. Get involved in Med Sales Bootcamp as soon as you can. Set aside time for your mentors and for mock interviews. Prepare, prepare, prepare and execute. Stay the course because the right role will find you! Super grateful for Samuel, Denae, April, and everyone who has helped along the way!
