The power of networking
Hey everyone, happy Friday. I wanted to share a few updates with everyone who is still grinding to land a position. I have been networking more than I ever have. As a result of this, I had several recruiters reach out to me about various positions and getting interviews. I have connected with more regional and hiring managers from various companies and actually getting interviews by networking with reps/CS. I am in a position where I am now having options for the first time. Although I have not been given an offer, I have created great contacts. A senior sales director (Zimmer) said he wants to help me find a role within the company and connected me with other managers. Even though I didn't have the experience they were looking for in that role, I could bring value and fit another (I did make it to the final round of the interview with the VP as well🙂). Lastly, I have made it to the panel interview next week with Medtronic and have a scheduled meet/greet with the director in 2 weeks. I am hopeful this will be the one that comes full circle. With all of this said, things are falling in place and moving in the right direction! Here is a quote that keeps me going...""Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time". Let's keep it going team!

Strengths & Weaknesses (with proof)
I’m wrapping up the Strengths & Weaknesses Deep Dive. Looking for quick feedback on 1 strength and 1 weakness (with proof/examples). Would love to hear how it lands with you—thank you in advance! Strength: One of my greatest strengths is relationship-building. As an award-winning academic advisor, I built long-term trust with hundreds of students and families by being dependable, solution-oriented, and deeply attentive to their needs. I’ve always prioritized trust and follow-through — qualities that directly translate to connecting with healthcare professionals and becoming a reliable resource in the field. Weakness: One area I’ve been developing is my fluency with medical terminology. Coming from higher education and business, I wasn't exposed to clinical language regularly. But I’m a quick study and a lifelong learner. I’ve taken the initiative to research disease state literature, familiarize myself with therapeutic categories, and deepen my understanding of treatment landscapes to better align with industry expectations.
