Here is what I learned: I posted the same question in 3 groups and this is my review 24 hours later. "Is wholesaling getting harder, or are people getting lazier?" Mixed opinions on the topic, lots of people gave great answers. Not all groups are made the same, some have lots of community, some are mostly a marketplace for posting deals to connect buyer and seller. A post to get people talking will be full of people blatantly trying to do business/JV with the people who comment. Very amusing when here we are taught to create community and do business on the back-end in private messages, but others say things like "I can sell any deal someone has".

I know that there is a lot of variability here but I enjoy a success story. How long did you put in effort and how much time did you spend taking action per day/week?
