Here's my challenge idea: "Mastery Marathon." Everyone picks a skill they want to develop, ideally something outside their comfort zone (e.g., public speaking, negotiation, creative writing, working out, etc.). Participants set daily mini-challenges that build up over 7-10 days. Members document their progress and share a final performance or summary on the last day. This approach might helps to build a habit that supports their goals and personal growth.

@Mari Leanne "Unfortunately, due to my current visa, an L2 visa, I can't earn money. Because of this, I haven’t really been able to get started yet. However, I would find it very interesting if people in this community could give me the opportunity to look behind the scenes, like showing me how you do deals, so I can gain practical experience and learn directly from you."
Wish me luck!
Exciting news! I’ve secured a meeting with a very high-ranking German government official and will be heading to his office tomorrow. It’s a huge opportunity, and I’d love to hear any advice you might have for making the most of the meeting. Whether it’s tips on how to present myself, questions I should ask, or strategies to leave a lasting impression, I’m all ears.

First of all, preparation and confidence are key: Start by researching the official’s recent projects, statements, and priorities to understand their current goals and initiatives. Begin the meeting with a clear goal, knowing what you hope to achieve. To stay professional: dress well, maintain good posture, make eye contact, and offer a handshake. Demonstrate your knowledge and genuine interest by asking thoughtful questions—for instance, inquiring about essential skills for advancing a specific initiative they’re focused on shows you’ve done your homework. Also, listen actively, nod, and take notes. As you wrap up: thank them warmly, recap key points, and express your interest in staying connected—this shows commitment and leaves a lasting impression. hope that helps :)

@Mari Leanne "I'm 17 years old, and as I mentioned in my introduction, I'm from Germany. Unfortunately, I have an L2 visa, which doesn’t allow me to get a work permit, so I can’t legally work or earn money in the U.S. This also means I can’t gain practical experience, so I’m focusing on learning as much as possible within this community. As far as I know, I might be able to get a different visa in two years, or I could use what I’ve learned to start exploring real estate in Germany or Europe in general.
