Here’s a quick little snippet from this week’s homework assignment. Had a lot of fun with this one. It can be tricky if you’re short like me, but I found that having something to put your foot on this 10 times easier to coordinate and develop confidence on. And yes, sometimes out on the trail. I’ll find a rock to stand on for big moves like this. 🙌

This week I challenged @Mason Swan & @Oh Fugit to some seriously techy practice situations, with the promise I'd try it myself. Here is the raw version. I started with some bicycle practice (a GREAT way to get into the right mindset if you have the chance - with much lower consequences) then I give you a run down of what I'm trying to do - then enjoy 7 minutes of me questioning my life decisions. Anyone else having fun with their practice lately? This was WAY HARDER than I thought it would be. 😅👀
